  • Hold Harmless: Clients and all persons interacting with this web site, A Little Juju Podcast, or social media properties, shall hold Juju Bae harmless from all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or suits, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from acts of Juju Bae in performance of any service. Purchasing our services acknowledges your acceptance of this statement and releases Juju Bae from all liability. 

  • Jurisdiction: All services provided are subject to local, state, and federal laws and relevant applicable regulations.

  • Client-Service Provider Confidentiality: Your privacy and comfort are our priority. We will not share your contact details nor any information provided during any appointment. In the event that sharing information could prove beneficial to the client, Juju Bae will request your written permission to share this information with a third party.

  • Reserve rights: We reserve the right to change the content of this website, blog, social media properties, or any of its pages, shut it down completely, or change the terms and conditions of use at any time.

  • Appointments:

    • All appointments must be made via this website, unless communicated otherwise by Juju Bae. All readings are conducted via zoom audio unless otherwise stated. Divination is always recommended, and often required, depending on your desired service. Results take time, are specific to the client’s unique circumstances, and require the client’s active participation in the manifestation of the desired outcome. A client’s indecision is a hindrance to achieving the desired outcome. It is the client’s responsibility to take action on the information provided.

 

Cancellation and refunds

  • Services and Subscriptions:

    • All purchases are considered 100% non-refundable once the transaction is complete. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their appointments or subscriptions. Appointment cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment, will receive a 100% refund. No shows forfeit the total value of the deposit. All clients are given a grace period of 10 minutes until forfeiture of appointment. Spiritual works will not go over the allotted time unless necessary and communicated by Juju Bae. Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the original appointment. Clients will receive confirmation of their cancelled or rescheduled appointment by email.Juju Bae reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in any situation that compromises the privacy of existing clientele. In those scenarios, the individual will be notified immediately and we will refund any monies that have been paid.

  • Pricing and Payment: We aim to maintain fair and competitive pricing. Prices for services and related works are subject to change at any time. When discounts are offered, they are applicable only to specific services or products and thus may not be combined with any other discounts. Healing ServicesThe list price constitutes the cost of the service, is due in full upon scheduling, and is non-refundable. Clients may pay using PayPal as well as debit and credit cards.

  • Products:

    • The price listed on the web site is the only valid price for any product sold on this web site. Clients may pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, as well as debit and credit cards through the online store. There are no refunds on digital products. Refunds for physical products will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the owner upon receipt of documentation which must include a description of the issue and accompanying images. We do not accept returns.

Subscription Programs and the Retainer Service:  All participants are expected to adhere to these terms and conditions as well guidelines connected to subscription programs and the retainer service. Guidelines for subscription programs are listed on the relevant web pages.
